1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of RightTouch Wyoming Tree Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

RightTouch Wyoming Tree Services provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming in Wyoming, Michigan and surrounding areas.

All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and applicable local regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any project if we determine it poses safety risks or violates local ordinances.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from initial observations or if additional services are required. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. You are responsible for all collection costs including attorney fees if legal action becomes necessary.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Property Access and Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas and identifying any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that may be affected by our services. We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities or undisclosed property features.

You agree to keep pets and children away from work areas during service. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property but are not liable for minor lawn damage or other incidental impacts that are normal to tree service work.

7. Insurance and Liability

RightTouch Wyoming Tree Services maintains general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence and does not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

We are not responsible for damage to property caused by hidden defects in trees, acts of nature, or conditions that could not have been reasonably discovered during inspection.

8. Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing. We will advise you if we believe permits may be required, but ultimate responsibility rests with the property owner.

9. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and will correct any deficiencies in workmanship within 30 days of service completion at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage from weather events, pest infestations, disease, or other factors beyond our control.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Kent County, Michigan under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
